Against a backdrop of profound technological change and the rise in violence and human rights violations facilitated and fuelled by digital environments, I founded Wanrooij Advocacia.
My mission in establishing this legal firm was to provide strategic, person-centred and highly skilled legal representation focused on protecting human rights in the digital age.
As an LGBTI+ person, I have experienced various forms of violence and discrimination throughout my life. From personal experience, I know how difficult it is to seek justice and cope with the physical and psychological consequences of such abuse. Having faced barriers and discrimination throughout my life, I am well placed to provide a welcoming environment and comprehensive legal support.
In more sensitive cases, I collaborate with a multidisciplinary network of specialised professionals and partners who can provide integrated support and qualified care in situations of crisis and high vulnerability.
